Key Responsibilities:
* Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, both inside and outside the classroom
* Team up with teachers to deliver fun, active PE (Physical Education) lessons and activities.
* Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful space where every kid feels valued
* Be a positive role model and champion for students who need that extra boost

* Strong adaptability and the ability to manage change with a positive mindset.
* Experience across multiple TA areas, ready to meet diverse student needs
* The ability to stay cool under pressure and build strong, respectful relationships.
