A client of ours in the Witham area is recruiting a Sales Support Administrator to join their team immediately. This is an ongoing temporary position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1-hour lunch), paying £13-14 per hour depending on experience, starting ASAP.
Your key duties in this Sales Support Administrator role will include:
Manage, update, and optimise HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate customer data.
Maintain high-quality records and ensure data is up to date.
Handle sales administration and CRM-related tasks efficiently.
Make investigative decisions to support sales processes.
Research potential leads online and assess purchase likelihood.Skills and experience required:
Strong tech and system capability; quick to learn CRM tools.
HubSpot experience is desirable (or ability to learn fast).
High attention to detail and confident decision-making.
Ability to work independently.
