Overview
* Consultant responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Information and Communications Technology (ICT) solutions and Physical Infrastructure, inclusive of Telecommunications
* Developing comprehensive infrastructure designs, producing technical documentation such as Basis of Design (BOD) documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Technical Bulletins
* Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Key Roles/Responsibilities
* Design and develop ICT infrastructure solutions including networks systems
* Create detailed technical specifications and drawings for ICT projects
* Perform site surveys and technical feasibility studies
* Develop network topology and architecture designs
* Configure and optimize communication systems and networks
* Ensure designs comply with technical standards
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance
* Create documentation for implementations and maintenance procedure
* Conduct technical risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies
Skills/Requirements
* Bachelors Degree in relevant engineering discipline
* Expertise in telecommunications, networking, and information systems
* The role requires extensive knowledge of structured cabling systems, telecommunications standards, and enterprise network infrastructure design, coupled with strong technical documentation capabilities.
