At Turning Point, we support individuals with Learning Disabilities across England. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing residents' daily living skills. Where will I be working?
You'll be part of a registered care unit, RT, which boasts a warm, family-like atmosphere. Here, we support five individuals aged 20 to 60 with profound Learning Disabilities. While they may be non-verbal, they are fully mobile and active, requiring varying levels of personal care and one-on-one support.
Getting to us is easy! Whether you travel by public transport or car, we are conveniently located. For example, from Coventry rail station, it takes about 1 hour by train, 1 hour 20 minutes by bus, and just 23 minutes by car (traffic permitting).
We utilize a digital social care record system to streamline daily tasks, allowing you to spend more quality time with the people you support.
Shift Patterns
This is a 24-hour service, so flexibility is key! You will work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, waking nights, sleep-ins, and some weekends.
