What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting Partners on retained executive search mandates
* Mapping markets and building long-term candidate pipelines
* Engaging and assessing high-calibre candidates
* Producing market intelligence and insight reports for clients
* Developing relationships with senior professionals in the energy and infrastructure sectors
What We’re Looking For
* A strong academic background
* A genuine desire to build a long-term career in executive search
* Research-driven mindset (experience in research, academia or analytical roles is beneficial)
* Background in finance or legal is advantageous but not essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Fast learner with a proactive, self-starting attitude
What’s On Offer
* £30,000 basic salary + £10,000 OTE in year one
