- My client, a Brand New Gastro Pub with Rooms opening in the Spring, located in a Beautiful Village Location on the outskirts of Cirencester, is looking for a Talented & Motivated Head Chef to create a simple menu utilising Outstanding Local Produce which will showcase The Best of The Cotswolds .
- With a Brand New Electric & Induction Kitchen in place, guests will come to this property to experience Modern British Classics with a Twist, with the best service and a welcoming vibrant atmosphere! As Head Chef, cooking must be your greatest passion with flavour at the heart of everything you do.
- Experience with training and developing a team is also important. Youll have the support of an established team that have ambitions to develop further and progress their own careers.
- Together with strong technical skills, were looking for a Confident and Knowledgeable Kitchen Manager who takes pride in running a profitable food operation.
