Overview
We are seeking a passionate and driven Digital Operations Manager (DOM) to join our team. This is a national, geographically aligned role supporting the Senior Operations Manager in delivering sales growth and operational plans across our store-based digital channels. You will focus on driving sales and participation through operational excellence and customer KPIs, ensuring stable operations and developing teams to maintain high performance across stores, regions, and zones. Collaboration across teams and managers is essential to deliver operational excellence and balance focus across all digital propositions.
What You’ll Do
1. Develop operational plans for underperforming stores/regions aligned with zone digital strategies, focusing on inputs to achieve desired outputs.
2. Manage daily operations of GOL and Marketplace, implementing continuous improvements to enhance performance.
3. Review existing operations, identify areas for improvement, analyze root causes, and create proactive solutions to foster growth and improve service.
4. Build strong stakeholder relationships to support digital operating priorities and promote regional self-sufficiency.
5. Collaborate across teams to meet targets for sales, efficiency, customer service, safety, and legal compliance, while planning for growth.
6. Communicate performance updates, operational concerns, and successes regularly through channels like Teams and Yammer.
7. Ensure stores maximize delivery capacity, especially during seasonal peaks, to meet business and customer needs.

* Knowledgeable about digital channel operations, including fleet management and driver services.
* Proven experience in implementing strategic plans that lead to sustainable change.
* Data-driven with the ability to identify short-term and long-term opportunities.
* Experienced in achieving results through influence, even without direct management responsibilities.
* Skilled in performance management, leadership, and coaching.
* Effective at influencing diverse stakeholders across various organizational levels.
* Strong in forward planning, organization, and troubleshooting performance issues at their root.
