Location: Wrexham
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (2 Days, 2 Nights)
Salary: £54,000 + Package
Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving high standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Engineering Team Leader to join our growing team at our state-of-the-art food production site in Wrexham.
The Role
As the Maintenance Engineering Team Leader, you will:
* Lead and support a multi-skilled engineering team across days and nights.
* Drive high levels of equipment reliability, performance, and safety.
* Coordinate and prioritise planned and reactive maintenance activities.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and site standards.
* Support continuous improvement projects to reduce downtime and boost efficiency.
* Develop team members through coaching, training, and performance management.
* Work closely with Production, Quality, and H&S teams to ensure seamless operations.
