The Role:
As an ADHD Support Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Work closely with pupils diagnosed with ADHD, providing tailored support and strategies.
* Assist the class teacher in managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
* Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions.
* Help pupils develop focus, social skills, and emotional regulation.
* Liaise with SENCOs, parents, and external agencies where appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience working with children with ADHD or other neurodiverse needs.
* Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Is patient, empathetic, and resilient.
* Has strong behaviour management and communication skills.
* Is committed to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.
