Our client is a well-respected defendant firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting for a Defendant RTA Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their Liverpool office on a hybrid basis.
Your new role
This Multi-Track Defendant RTA role will see you responsible for:
1. Handling your own caseload of litigated defendant RTA matters typically valued up to £100,000. These will include personal injury and credit hire matters.
2. Building and maintaining relationships with a range of insurer clients.
3. Assessing liability and quantum.
4. Drafting pleadings, including defences and witness evidence
5. Conducting your own advocacy either in court or by telephone.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Y ou must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive.
7. Previous multi-track RTA experience.
8. Excellentmunication and IT skills.
9. Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
10. Excellent knowledge of CPR.
