Secondary Cover Supervisor

Salary : £110 - 140 per day

About Role:
As a Secondary Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising KS3 and KS4 classes when the regular teacher is absent. You’ll manage behaviour calmly and effectively, support pupils with additional needs to stay engaged, and build positive relationships with students and staff. All lesson plans and teaching materials are provided — no marking or preparation required.

4. Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to adapt to different classroom situations

Additional Information:
You’ll need reliable transport—either by car or public transit—to move easily around the Shrewsbury area. All teaching materials are provided, and lessons follow the National Curriculum to ensure consistency and quality.
