Customer Service Assistant Daily Duties:
Customer Service is at the forefront of what we do. "The Customer is always right"_ Our team of Customer Service Assistant is tasked with interacting with customers on a daily basis, answering questions, listening to customer concerns, selling new products, and providing customer feedback to the management team. This position will require attention to detail, accurately recording information regarding interactions with customers and utilising proper follow-up procedures to increase overall customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Assistant drives sales, points out new product offerings and ensures that key performance indicators are met.
Customer Service Assistant Key Qualifications:
* We need excellent communicators
* Previous sales experience is a plus
* Background working in a customer facing role
* Ability to proactively engage customers
* Troubleshooting and multitasking skills
* Great interpersonal skills, our Customer Service Assistant must work well in a collaborative environment
* Attention to detail while entering customer information]
* Call centre experience is a plus
Customer Service Assistant Requirements:
* Speak to customers daily answering any questions they may have
* Enter customer data to complete sales transactions
* Increase sales by upsetting relevant products
* Respond effectively and professionally to consumer enquiries
* GCSE or equivalent required
* To be considered Customer Service Assistant candidates must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom
* Clear verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers via phone
