The role will involve a range of duties, but will primarily focus on service charge accounting. However, no previous experience in the property sector is required as training will be provided.

What are we looking for in an Assistant Accountant?
* Previous accounting or book-keeping experience, likely as an accounts assistant, assistant accountant, junior accountant or bookkeeper
* Experience in a compliance-oriented environment with a good understanding of the importance of working in line with professional standards
* Excellent attention to detail
* Reliability - your colleagues and our clients will rely on you to play your part in keeping the properties we manage safe and compliant
* Flexibility to play your part as a member of a supportive and close-knit knit team
