Passionate about helping children thrive in the classroom? A welcoming Primary school in Harlow is seeking a confident Classroom Support Assistant to work 1:1 and with small groups, supporting pupils’ learning, confidence and independence across KS1 or KS2.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the class teacher to:
* Support structured 1:1 and small group interventions
* Assist with phonics, reading and numeracy activities
* Promote positive behaviour and classroom engagement
* Prepare and maintain learning resources
* Monitor progress and feedback to teaching staff

* Previous school or childcare experience
* Strong behaviour management
* Proactive, patient and reliable
* Confident communication skills
