These opportunities suit newly qualified teachers who are looking to gain experience across different school settings, secure longer‑term posts, or find the right permanent role to complete their Early Career Framework in a supportive environment.
Roles are available across a range of subjects, with flexibility to suit individual preferences and career plans. We work closely with Oldham schools to match ECTs to settings that fit their subject specialism, confidence level and long‑term goals. Whether you are looking for short‑term supply to build experience, a fixed‑term contract, or an ECT‑friendly permanent role, we can support you.
Key Responsibilities
* Day‑to‑day supply teaching

Eligibility
* Hold QTS and have recently completed, or are completing, your teacher training
