Job Description:
The Channel Manager will be responsible for expanding our reach by managing channel partners. The Channel Manager will build strong channel partnerships by understanding their capabilities and aligning them with Philips’ Healthcare Informatics portfolio to drive results for Philips and our customers. The role involves ensuring channel partners effectively sell our portfolio to healthcare providers and organizations in the area.
This role requires a passion for building new channel partnerships and a focus on delivering results for Philips and our customers.
Your responsibilities include the following:
* Regional Channel Partner strategy enablement:
o Generate regular reports on channel partner activities, sales performance, and market feedback for leadership.
o Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive intelligence to identify partnership opportunities.
o Develop a deep understanding of Philips EI portfolio products to train and onboard channel partners.
o Implement comprehensive training on product features, benefits, and sales techniques to enhance selling capabilities.
* Regional Channel Partner relationship management:
o Onboard new channel partners within the UK&I region.
o Build strong relationships with channel partners by providing support to sell the EI portfolio effectively.
o Monitor performance through sales KPIs and proactively manage channel partners.
o Collaborate on contract negotiations for mutually beneficial terms.
o Work with Philips sales leaders to achieve shared EI business objectives.
o Maintain Salesforce.com data hygiene for reporting and forecasting.
Skills and experience required:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred).
* Experience in sales/partnerships within a multi-channel environment (e.g., indirect sales).
* Previous sales leadership or management experience.
* Proven track record in executing business plans and achieving sales targets.
* Experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities.
* Ability to articulate the value of technical software and medical products to various customer profiles.
* Resilient sales mindset adaptable to a dynamic environment.
* Familiarity with CRM software, especially Salesforce.
* Commitment to quality and patient safety.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
