We are now looking for ambitious Lettings Negotiators to join our Central London teams, where professionalism, performance, and service excellence go hand in hand.
The Role
This is a high-performance sales role within a competitive London property market. You will be responsible for managing applicants, Negotiations and managing the Lettings process from enquiry through to Move in all while delivering a consistently high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with Renters, Landlord, and applicants
* Registering and qualifying applicants to understand their requirements in detail
* Conducting high quality property viewings with confidence and professionalism
* Negotiating offers effectively while protecting client interests
* Driving new business opportunities and supporting instruction growth
* Managing lettings progression with accuracy, urgency, and care
* Maintaining exceptional service standards throughout the process
What Were Looking For
* A strong background in Sales or Lettings
* A professional xsngvjr approach with genuine focus onservice and reputation
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset
* Ability to balance performance with exceptional client care
* Full UK driving licence preferred
Package & Earnings
* Realistic OTE: £50,000 £60,000 (Year one)
* Uncapped commission structure linked to personal performance
* Structured progression into Senior Negotiator / Valuer roles
