We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor:
1. Who will ensure an efficient operation on the shift, take responsibility for team briefings
2. Who will focus on checking guest bedrooms and public areas to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained
3. Who will supervise, mentor and develop the Room Attendants assigned to their section
4. Who will empower the team to be more involved in the guest experience
5. Who will listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them
6. Who has a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members
