The Team
The Senior Manager HR Operations & Systems is accountable for leading and optimising global HR operational delivery and systems strategy across a workforce of 1,200+ employees in 25+ countries. This role integrates HR operations, systems, compliance, and employee relations to ensure scalable, compliant, and employee-centric service delivery. The role provides leadership to managers and professionals, develops departmental plans, controls resources, and drives policy formation in alignment with the HR functional objectives and overall company priorities.
