Central & Southern Scotland Headquarters, Glasgow is looking to recruit a Divisional Secretarial Support Person to join their team.
To provide a full range of secretarial services to Divisional Leaders and to provide general administrative duties in support of the functions of the Divisional Headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a professional, pro-active, and customer-focussed secretarial service that supports the Divisional Leaders in their roles. The DSS role will also support other Divisional Headquarters colleagues as needed.
2. Contribute to the work of divisional boards through preparing board papers ahead of meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
3. Draft a variety of documents for the divisional leaders including letters, reports and presentations as requested.
4. Maintain both computer databases and hard copy filing systems as required, ensuring that confidential and sensitive information is handled appropriately.
5. Support the planning and administration of conferences, events, and projects.
6. Undertake any other duties that fall within the scope of the role.
