The Opportunity
This is a thrilling opportunity for an eager, adept gardener to become part of a thriving, growing business. At West Hill, we don’t just maintain gardens — we build lasting relationships with our clients and take genuine pride in transforming outdoor spaces into sanctuaries. If you share our passion for nature, quality, and exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll work across a variety of stunning landscapes in and around the local area as part of our ongoing garden maintenance round. Wearing our branded clothing, you’ll visit allocated sites and deliver top‑calibre horticultural services. Client interaction is at the heart of this role — you should be confident discussing gardens with clients, suggesting improvements, planting schemes, and development ideas.
All equipment, including company vehicles, must be kept clean and maintained in good working order.

Key Responsibilities
* Pruning - a keen passion for plant care is essential
* Planting and general border maintenance - plant ID is essential
* Hedge cutting
* Diagnosis of plant diseases
* Weeding and composting
* Suggesting improvements and garden development ideas to clients
What We’re Looking For
* Level 2/3 Horticulture qualification or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years’ gardening experience
* Proven practical gardening/horticulture experience with strong plant knowledge
