Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead two small support teams providing tailored assistance to a young couple in Torquay.

4. Foster open communication and maintain strong relationships with both the couple and your team.
5. Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals you support.

2. Experience in a leadership role, preferably within support services or a related field.

6. Relevant qualification in health and social care is a plus.
