The role:
As a front of house manager, you will lead with passion, creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support and coach your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.
We are looking for someone who:
* is passionate about supporting and developing their team to uphold high standards
* has experience in shift planning and management, ensuring adequate coverage and team coaching
* has experience managing labor and rotas, with an understanding of financial performance
* enjoys celebrating team successes and recognizes individual needs
