Location: Hybrid – remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, flexible working options can be discussed

What will you be responsible for?
As a CAFM Manager, you'll play a central role in driving digital transformation across our Facilities Management contracts. You'll take ownership of Kier's Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system - leading improvements, ensuring data accuracy and developing innovative solutions that enhance how we manage our assets, maintenance, and performance.
This is a pivotal role that blends technical expertise, strategic thinking and operational insight. You'll work closely with contract and operational teams, helping to shape how CAFM systems support service delivery, compliance and efficiency across our Workplace Solutions estate.
Your day to day will include:
 * Leading improvements and development of Kier's CAFM system across existing and new contracts.
 * Working with operational teams to define asset hierarchies, PPM standards, and QR code strategies.
 * Acting as the primary point of contact for CAFM-related queries, troubleshooting and implementing system changes.
 * Collaborating with IT and software vendors to maintain system integrity, implement upgrades and ensure value for money.
 * Providing training, support and guidance to operational teams on the use of the CAFM system.
What are we looking for?
This role of CAFM Manager is great for you if:
 * You have prior experience developing and managing CAFM systems, ideally within PFI/PPP contracts.
 * You are highly organised with strong administration, IT, and analytical skills.
 * You hold relevant industry qualifications and have a proven track record of improving FM systems.
If a driving licence is required, it does not need to be a UK Driving Licence, just a Full Driving Licence.
We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome! So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
