We're supporting a well-established engineering company in Wokingham who are looking for a part-time Sales Coordinator on a temp-to-perm basis. This role is perfect for someone who needs flexibility around the school run or family commitments, while still wanting to play a key role inside a growing technical team.
What youll be doing:
* Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email
* Responding to basic technical queries and helping diagnose simple installation issues
* Preparing accurate technical quotations (training provided)
* Coordinating with internal engineering/project teams to ensure orders meet installation deadlines
* Processing orders, acknowledgements, and follow-up documentation
* Managing repairs/returns through the RA process
* Chasing outstanding quotes and keeping on top of lead times
* Maintaining daily and weekly reporting for orders, NCRs/CCRs, and customer updates
