Are you organised, confident on the phone, and passionate about building strong working relationships? Join us as a Partnership Support Executive, where you’ll play a key role in supporting and developing partnerships with organisations such as charities, hospitals, and other external partners. You’ll help ensure partnership activity runs smoothly from referral through to onboarding—while supporting growth, engagement, and collaboration.

37.5 hours per week
Shift pattern
Working 5 days a week, between 8am-8pm Monday to Sunday, but largely core hours 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday
Salary
£24,979.50 per annum plus PRP up to £150 per month

About You
You’re an organised, proactive team player with great communication skills and confidence in speaking to people over the phone. You enjoy building relationships, following up on opportunities, and keeping information accurate and up to date. Calm under pressure and highly detail‑focused, you’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities while ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
You’re confident handling both inbound and outbound calls with partners, clients, and prospective organisations. You enjoy supporting relationship development, responding to referrals, and acting as a reliable first point of contact. Tech‑savvy and methodical, you’re comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office and are happy working across teams to keep partnership activity on track.
Experience in contact centres, care, service, or regulated environments is a bonus, but most importantly you bring enthusiasm, organisation, and a collaborative mindset.
The Role
In this varied and collaborative role, you’ll:
* Process daily inbound partnership referrals accurately and efficiently
* Make outbound calls to referred clients to progress enquiries and next steps
* Upload and maintain client, referral, and partner data within the CRM system
* Coordinate and place alarm orders for referral clients in line with agreed processes
* Research organisations and sectors to identify potential new partnership opportunities
* Make initial contact with prospective partners and support relationship building
* Assist with onboarding new partners, ensuring key information and processes are in place
* Support the ongoing management and growth of existing partner relationships
* Carry out market and sector research to support lead generationSupport structured and targeted approaches to generating new partnership leads
* Manage the partnerships team inbox, responding to and routing queries appropriately
* Resolve or elevate partner and client queries in a timely manner
* Track partnership activity and contribute to reporting on partner performance
Your Day To Day Will Include
* Handling inbound and outbound calls with partners, clients, and prospective organisations
* Processing referrals, enquiries, and partnership orders accurately
* Keeping CRM records, referrals, and partner information up to date
* Supporting lead generation and outbound activity
* Managing inbox queries and coordinating responses
* Following up on opportunities and next steps
* Collaborating with colleagues across partnerships, operations, and the wider contact centre
* Ensuring compliance with processes, data accuracy, and service standards
