We are seeking a qualified professional to lead and coordinate the preconstruction phase of industrial projects, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to contract handover.

Requirements
* Proven experience in the preconstruction phases of projects within the industrial sector.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, procurement strategies, and commercial principles.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
* Proficiency in planning, estimation, and project tracking software.
* Relevant backgrounds such as Design, Operations, or related fields are considered.
