Role overview:
Reporting to the Creative Project Lead, this role requires a flexible creative thinker to design, develop, and deliver ready-to-use content for both retail & digital channels and drive consistency across the brand to achieve best-in-class creative campaigns.
This role focuses on developing HIP’s aesthetic within branded products & content. You will develop and deliver a dynamic creative identity for the fascia, ensuring it’s clearly positioned within the streetwear category.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the creative design, content creation, and artwork execution of all digital assets, with the ability to support print and in-store marketing.
* Work with the Creative Manager to oversee the visual design direction of the HIP brand, ensuring all activations align with brand guidelines and aesthetic.
* Ensure brand consistency across all channels, working with retail and digital marketing teams to execute campaigns seamlessly.
* Create graphical designs for promotional offers such as Sale & Mid-Season campaigns.
* Work on exclusive collaborative projects with product design and marketing teams to create concepts and design campaigns for brand collaborations.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop campaign creative that aligns with business direction and brand personas.
* Assist in rolling out launch events—ideating concepts and plans for brand & product launch events (both in-store and external).
* Manage day-to-day creative content and artwork to meet project deadlines.
* Track project progress and report regularly to the Lead.
* Promote individual development and foster a team atmosphere.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in design and artwork roles.
* Competent digital designer capable of creating engaging, on-brand visual content quickly and accurately using Adobe Creative Suite.
* Ability to work accurately and effectively, turning around work swiftly while maintaining high quality.
* Experience in marketing and/or retail sales (B2C or B2B).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a collaborative team.
* Self-motivated and proactive in managing workload.
* Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
* Knowledge of HTML, Adobe Flash, and After Effects is advantageous.
* UX design experience is beneficial.
