Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
🔹 Support students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and communication needs.
🔹 Work one-on-one and in small groups to help students develop confidence and independence.
🔹 Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
🔹 Support students' emotional, social, and academic development.
🔹 Use creative and adaptive learning strategies to meet students' individual needs.
🔹 Help maintain a positive and structured classroom environment.
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ A recent graduate (degree in Psychology, Education, SEN, or a related field preferred).
✅ A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✅ A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to education.
✅ Some experience working with children or young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is desirable.
✅ An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
