Kitchen Team Leader – Honiton Premier Inn
Join our team at Premier Inn Honiton as a Kitchen Team Leader and advance your Chef career. You’ll manage daily kitchen operations – including rotas, food orders, leading busy services, and maintaining audit standards. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the kitchen, from food quality to hygiene. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for those aiming to develop into a Head Chef.
PAY RATE:
Up to £13.81 per hour
CONTRACT: Fixed Term until 01/11/25
HOURS:
32 hours per week across 5 days, including evenings and weekends, with guaranteed hours to help plan your week.

What you’ll do:
* You’ll lead the kitchen, manage food orders, stock control, and control food costs for the hotel.
* Take charge during service, organise the team, manage workflow, and ensure smooth operations.
* Prepare, cook, and serve menu items to standard, from breakfasts to pub classics.
* Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring team training and record keeping.
* Step up by running shifts and supporting new team members.
* Learn kitchen management skills to prepare for more senior roles and grow your career.
