Bid, Proposals & Business Support Coordinator

What Youll Be Doing:
Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, your role will support day-to-day business functions and help drive performance across the company. Key responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting technical teams with operational and administrative tasks.
2. Overseeing company certifications and completing pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), including audit preparation.
3. Helping to maintain and update company policies and internal procedures.
4. Preparing performance reports for the board, covering both financial and operational metrics.
5. Managing onboarding for new hires and assisting with staff departures.
6. Supporting business development activities, including bid support and client coordination.
