HR Insight Analyst – Permanent – Hybrid – £45,000 to £50,000
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Insight Analyst to join a leading company. This is a newly created role where you will operate as an SME on people data and enable the business to make more informed decisions based on insights & data.
This is a hybrid role where you will be needed onsite twice a week.
What you will be doing:
* Have responsibility for developing, maintaining and improving a suite of HR dashboards and reports
* Deliver regular and ad hoc MI reports to the HR leadership team
* Provide trend analyses and forecasting to support workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives
* Work with the HRIS Manager, to ensure data accuracy and compliance across all HR systems
* Identify risks, issues, or improvement opportunities based on external MI reports.
* Provide actionable insights from data to support business decisions
What that are looking for:
* Proven experience in an HR analytics, MI, or reporting role – along with advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools
* A good understanding of HR metrics
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* An exceptional attention to detail, along with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
