A Day in the Life
As a Senior Supply Planner in our L'Oréal Luxe division, you'll be at the heart of our supply chain operations, managing an incredibly diverse portfolio and leading a team of four Supply Planners. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time, all while optimizing stock levels and minimizing waste.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Strategic Planning: Oversee supply planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and yearly budget submissions.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, mitigate risks of out-of-stock situations, and minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
Problem Solving: Investigate root causes of supply chain disruptions and implement strategies to prevent recurrence.
Stakeholder Engagement: Provide clear updates on KPIs and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive results.
Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop your team to achieve excellence in supply planning.

We Are Looking For
Proven leadership experience in supply or demand planning, ideally with S&OP expertise.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
Advanced Excel skills (SAP experience is a plus).
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to L'Oréal's success.
