As a Branch Manager, you will lead a team in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment, with a focus on commerciality and leading from the front.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead by example – inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service while engaging colleagues to provide an outstanding customer experience, balancing speed, quality, and digital convenience.
* Create a great store culture – foster an environment where everyone feels valued, included, and motivated to perform at their best.
* Deliver Results – take ownership of your store’s key performance indicators, profit and loss, driving performance across customer service, operational priorities and people to adapt quickly to changing priorities and peak trading times.
* Collaboration – confidently represent your store during high‑profile visits and stay curious about the external market and local trends, feeding back insights that help your store, your area and the wider business adapt and thrive in a competitive city landscape.
* Make it your own – support multi‑skilling so colleagues can flex between counter, picking, delivery support and local outreach activities to build trade relationships and community connections.
