* SRE/Production Engineering experience (5+ years)
* Strong Python (automation & Scripting)
* CI/CD pipelines & modern delivery practices
* Cloud data platforms (Snowflake preferred)
* Monitoring, alerting & observability
* Incident & change management
* SQL/relational databases
Responsibilities
* Ensure platform reliability, availability & performance (DEV/QA/PROD)
* Automate processes to reduce toil
* Manage CI/CD pipelines & releases
* Lead incident response & root cause analysis
* Support cloud data & AI-driven services
Desirable
* GenAI/LLM exposure (eg Snowflake Cortex)
* BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
* Agile environment experience
