This client is expanding its team and seeking a Finance Assistant to support fundamental finance operations. Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial processes across our subsidiaries.Key Responsibilities? Accounts Payable & Receivable – Processing invoices, payments, reconciliations, and handling queries ? Bank & Cash Management – Managing cash books, bank reconciliations, and recording transactions ? Month-End Support – Assisting with reconciliations, ledger postings, and expenditure tracking ? General Finance Tasks – Credit assessments, financial analysis, and supporting auditsWhat We’re Looking For?? Essential:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy finance role
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* High level of accuracy & attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively
?? Desirable:
* Experience with NetSuite & Salesforce
* Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
