Location: Frome Contract Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, based on experience About The Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Stores Coordinator to manage all aspects of stores operations. This role is central to ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and safety of our site’s inventory and purchasing processes. Key Responsibilities Control and manage ordering, receipting, storing, and issuing of stores items Act as the first point of contact for all deliveries of raw materials and consumables Ensure EH&S requirements are met and maintained across stores operations Identify and recommend alternative suppliers to reduce budget costs Plan and coordinate site purchasing activities efficiently Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stocktaking Generate purchase requisitions and manage GRNs Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries Use SAP to manage purchasing data, monitor stock, and report accruals Support budgetary control and financial reporting Administer engineering stock and communicate updates to site management Undertake any relevant training required for the role What We’re Looking For Experience in stores or purchasing coordination Strong organisational and communication skills Familiarity with SAP or similar systems Attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and collaboratively Why Join Us?
