Duties & Responsibilities:
As Partners - members of the Partnership - it's our responsibility to ensure our success for the future. We proactively seek opportunities to improve the way we work, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This ethos is shared by every Partner and is integral to your role.
Your main responsibility is to ensure our customers enjoy quality food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between. You'll use your relationship-building skills to make recommendations and prepare food. The way customers perceive you reflects on Waitrose.

You should always empathize with our customers, thinking on your feet to provide a personal experience they love. Your energy, pace, and passion for food should shine through every day.
Required essential skills, experience, and qualifications:
This role involves working with open-food. You are self-sufficient, energetic, and proactive. You prioritize customer needs and use your judgment to ensure every customer leaves feeling valued. Please include any Catering or Hospitality skills, qualifications, or experience in your application. Candidates must be able to fully commit to the advertised working hours, as we may close the vacancy early if there's a high response.
