Job Overview
We are looking to appoint an Operations Director to manage the delivery of all non-academic operations for Poole High School. This role is critical to ensuring that the operational functions of the school are delivered to a high standard.

* has previous line management experience
* can manage multiple work streams concurrently
* may have experience working in a school environment

* will act as the school's lead on all non-academic issues
* serves as the operational link between the schools and the Core Services team within the trust
* promotes and safeguards the welfare of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding and Child Protection policies
