Job Role: Sous Chef Pastry
Cuisine: Classic and Elegant Seasonal British
Location: Berkshire

Were partnering with this prestigious hotel, featuring multiple dining outlets, afternoon tea and elite events.

The Hotel and Kitchens:

* Two distinct concepts: Relaxed fine:dining grill + exclusive tasting menu dining room.
* Team: Focus on upskilling and full training
* Produce: Locally sourced ingredients

The Ideal Pastry Sous:

* Experience in fine dining/hotels (1+ year in current role preferred)
* Passion for seasonal produce
* Experience in afternoon tea, and high:volume events
