Setting Out Engineer / Site Engineer Project: HS2 Location: Nr Buckingham Salary: £45,000 - £55000 (Depending on Level) MGR Recruitment are fortunate to be representing one of the leading Civil contractors in their search for an experienced Site Engineer/Setting Out Engineer to join their prestigious heavy Civil Project near Buckingham, which is an integral part of the ongoing HS2 initiative. As a Site Engineer/Setting Out Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the project. Role and Responsibilities: * Conducting thorough quality control checks and maintaining comprehensive onsite records. * Occasional precise setting out and surveying activities. * Assisting senior engineers and project managers in ensuring all operations are carried out safely and efficiently. Qualifications and Experience needed: * A valid CSCS Gold or White card * Proven experience working as a Setting Out Engineer or Site Engineer * A minimum of 3 years of experience working on heavy civil projects in the UK * Proficiency in the use of surveying instruments * Familiarity with method statements and risk assessments * Good knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) processes and the ability to manage onsite paperwork How to Apply: MGR are acting as an employment business to this vacancy.
