Locum Litigation Solicitor Housing Management Norfolk Hybrid 3 Month Assignment
The Requirement
An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Locum Litigation Solicitor to bridge a gap within a busy team handling housing management matters. The assignment is expected to run for a minimum of three months, with the potential to extend up to 12 months (currently anticipated until the end of May).
This role requires a confident practitioner who can step into an active caseload and manage matters independently with minimal supervision.
The Work
You will be responsible for handling a varied housing management litigation caseload, including:
* Possession proceedings
* Injunction applications
* Housing disrepair claims
* General landlord and tenant litigation
The priority is ensuring continuity of service and competent case handling, including attending hearings where required.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong litigation experience
* Proven background in housing management litigation
* Ability to manage a caseload independently and work unsupervised
* Confident advocate, comfortable attending hearings
* Ideally locally based and able to travel to court
* Available to attend the office at least two days per week
