They are looking for an experiencedSenior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Your Responsibilities:

Required Skills:
* Extensive experience in Quantity Surveying for a housing developer
* Valid CSCS card and UK driving licence
* Working knowledge of construction and contract law along with various forms of Conditions of Contract.
* Significant knowledge of construction techniques on particular projects.
* BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or experience equivalent
* Membership of RICS, ICES or CIOB (or working towards)
* Practical application of Microsoft Office - predominantly Excel
* Experience of using a cost system i.e. Oracle or similar
