Blackwell Earthmoving has been working for a number of years on major projects such as HS2 (Aylesbury) and Sizewell C (Leiston, Suffolk), and with further phases now underway, they are seeking Site Engineers and Project (Section) Engineers to strengthen their teams on these landmark sites.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct GNSS surveys and manage accurate site data.
* Refine and implement 3D machine control models.
* Support the Foreman and delivery teams with efficient construction methods.
* Produce clear project documentation for communication and progress tracking.
* Carry out quality checks on materials and workmanship.
* Lead rolling-wave planning to keep earthworks delivery on schedule.
* Monitor costs and budgets to ensure efficiency.
* Mentor junior engineers and apprentices.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 1 year's experience in earthworks or civil engineering.
* Strong academic foundation (GCSE Maths & Physics grade B or above).
* Understanding of core civil engineering principles.
* Keen to progress towards IEng and ICE membership.
* Full UK driving licence.
