Provideleadershipbyestablishingclearexpectationsanddemonstratinghighstandardsofworkpractices,health,andsafety. AdministrativedutiesasrequiredtoensuredailyKPIperformanceisachieved. OverseeandstayuptodateoncomplianceandH&Sregulations. Trainandmonitorstaffinstandardoperatingprocedures(SOPs)andsafeworkpractices,includingnewemployeeinductions. MaintainingdailycommunicationwiththeManagement. Planning,coordinating,andmonitoringthereceipt,orderassemblyanddispatchofgoods.
