We are Nexter.co.uk, a specialist recruitment agency supporting private day nurseries. Having established a strong presence in West Yorkshire, we are rapidly expanding across London. We are looking for an organised, people-smart Recruitment Coordinator to run our London desk from our Birstall office.
You will be the daily engine of the London desk-the primary touchpoint for nurseries and the reason our clients keep coming back. While our London-based Business Development Manager handles face-to-face meetings, you will own the desk operations.
The Role
* Bookings & Temp Coordination: Filling shifts quickly through daily ring rounds and maintaining a healthy temp pool.
* Candidate Management: Advertising roles, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and managing strict compliance (DBS, Right to Work, references).
* Low-Pressure Business Development: Outbound calls to nurseries to re-engage accounts and pass leads to the Business Development Manager.
* Data Integrity: Managing all activity within our CRM (Zoho) to ensure a seamless workflow.
Shift Rota
Alternating Shifts: 7am-4pm / 8am-5pm.
A Natural Communicator: You enjoy being on the phone and building rapport.
Organisational Pro: You can "keep the plates spinning" and thrive under pressure.
Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or call-handling is highly valued. Familiarity with the education or childcare sector is a plus.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems like Zoho.
Salary: £27,000-£30,000 (DOE) + desk performance bonus.
