Job Scope:
To assist Director in smooth operation of the restaurant with emphasis on producing high quality service to our customers. To demonstrate creativity and skills to develop further business.
Key Job Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing the day to day operation of the restaurant.
* Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service.
* Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers.
* Suggesting new menu items based on customers' preferences and feedback.
* Training and supervising restaurant staff.
* Have creative input when it comes to new menu creation.
* Inspire and motivate the team to achieve sales and profits.
* Possess and utilise knowledge of the product and company.
* Work with customers professionally and ethically.
* Supervise all aspects of restaurant and co-ordinate the effective utilisation of all restaurant team members using effective staffing levels, ensuring all restaurant area are maintained in a hygienic condition at all times.
* Lead by example – Excellent role model
* Any other duty deemed necessary by to achieve targets and deliver a level of customer service, which will exceed the expectations of our guests.
* Be fully conversant with disciplinary procedures and all other relevant human resources practices e.g. sickness/absenteeism.

Experience and qualifications: Minimum 6 months' experience required in a managerial role. Other appropriate vocational qualifications considered.
