About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll focus on sourcing top talent and placing them into leading roles across the residential and commercial property sectors. This is a 360-recruitment role, giving you full control over your desk—from business development to candidate placement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage client relationships within the property sector
* Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates into property roles
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
* Use LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools to build a strong candidate pipeline
* Work towards and exceed placement and revenue targets

About You:
* Proven experience in recruitment or strong sales background
