Acorn by Synergie has an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual with a can-do attitude to join a company in Exeter as a Customer Account Manager. No previous experience is required.
This is a chance to gain an on-the-job degree, with comprehensive training provided. The position is Monday - Friday, with every other Saturday morning from 9am to 12pm. The salary range is £25-£30k.
Requirements
* Enjoy having conversations with people, listening, and building relationships to understand clients' needs.
* Complete up to six weeks of full training, supported by the team and wider organization.
* Possess excellent problem-solving skills to create tailored solutions for each client.
* Currently working in a customer care role and seeking a career change.
* No previous experience is necessary; on-site training, workshops, coaching, and industry qualifications are provided.
* Have a passion and entrepreneurial mindset, with many successful opportunities arising from team members with a strong interest in the subject.
