Italian Speaking Customer Service - Temp Role
Location: Worthing - Full-time, on-site (1 day WFH after training)
Contract: Temporary until end of 2025, with potential extension
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
What the role involves
* Handling customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in Italian and English
* Providing empathetic, professional, and efficient support to resolve issues
* Accurately logging customer interactions and feedback
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience
* Supporting an existing team member with full training provided

* Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written)
* Previous office experience
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* A positive, proactive attitude and a team-player mindset
